By enrolling in any course, accessing any digital material, or purchasing any item, you agree to these terms as of the date of your enrollment or purchase.

2. Services

Certavion Learn provides online certification courses that include video lectures, tutorials, and assessments designed to enhance professional skills.

3. Information Products

Information products include downloadable guides, e-books, and other digital resources. These products are delivered electronically after purchase.

4. Goods

Physical course materials or merchandise, if offered, will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

5. Payment

All fees for courses, digital materials, and goods must be paid in full prior to access or shipment. We accept standard payment methods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you request a refund within 14 days of course access and have not downloaded more than 20% of the content, we will process a refund. The amount will be credited to the original payment method typically within 7 business days of approval.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials may qualify for a refund within 7 days of purchase provided they have not been fully downloaded or accessed. Upon approval, the fee will be credited to your original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. After we receive the item, we will credit the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Transfer of Course Access

Course access may be transferred once to another individual if requested prior to the end date of access. To initiate a transfer, contact our team via support.

8. Non-Cancellable Sessions

Certain instructor-led sessions and scheduled assessments may not be cancelled or refunded due to fixed commitments. Details for each offering are provided at enrollment.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
